Lead Now          

All staff at Bedfield care deeply about the wellbeing of the children and want them all to have secure self-belief, confidence in their own ability, resilience, and a strong 'Growth Mindset'*  We encourage children to have empathy for the feelings and needs of others.  Through the LEAD Now! programme we aim to support children to 'LEAD their lives and LEAD their relationships courageously'.
