GDPR – Data Protection
From the 25th May 2018, new regulations have been introduced which affect how our school handles people's data.
This is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The GDPR regulates the way that Data Controllers, such as Bedfield CE Primary School, process personal data (students, parents and employees etc) and the legal rights that individuals have in relation to that data.
